With a unique perspective and hands on approach, Joe is not only a gifted web designer; he has an invaluable wealth of professional property-management software knowledge and has effectively harnessed the power of those systems in his websites. Joe’s flexibility, open mind and unyielding enthusiasm help him create the most effective solutions for our dynamic marketplace.

Amber Leto specializes in vacation rental business development and marketing systems. Over the past year, Amber has been at Seascape Resort in Destin developing their rental program amidst drastic growth and expansion of the resort. Seascape encompasses over three hundred acres, two golf courses, a beachfront restaurant and 300+ single-ownership rental properties. Amber’s responsibilities include the oversight of the daily operations of the Rental Division including business development, owner acquisitions, guest relations, front desk operations, website development, Internet marketing, search engine optimization, yield marketing, wholesale contracts and the resort amenity program. Previously, Amber held a similar position with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, which manages over 300 luxury homes, townhomes and beachfront condos in the Destin Area. This extensive experience in owner and consumer behavior allows Amber to assist Joe in building websites that address the vital needs of the property manager, owner and consumer.

As partners, Amber and Joe have worked together extensively for the past five years on the development and implementation of several well-known websites. Literally, Amber recognizes an opportunity or challenge within the industry and Joe helps her build the solution.
